You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ph8app reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph8app. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph8app employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph8app reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses or promotional credits, and forfeit any winnings derived from such accounts without prior notice or liability.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph8app immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph8app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
ph8app is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
ph8app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

All transactions on ph8app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph8app does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will not be accepted. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.
ph8app may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to any modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulation.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph8app's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed conclusive.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, ph8app reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wager amounts to the player's account. ph8app shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

All content on the ph8app Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph8app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph8app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph8app, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
ph8app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8app account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ph8app reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by law or regulation.
Upon termination for cause, ph8app reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings, where such termination arises from a breach of these Terms by you.
You may close your ph8app account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
ph8app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph8app will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ph8app Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph8app operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
